1. Browser Games and Player Data

NourVerse Games provides online browser games, player profiles, virtual rewards, achievements, avatars, and cosmetic customization.

Depending on the features used, information such as a player's chosen nickname, character appearance, game progress, scores, earned virtual currency, owned cosmetic items, language preferences, and settings may be stored locally in the browser.

Some features may also use cloud-based services for technical operations, support, or communication. Clearing browser data may remove locally saved game progress.

2. Google AdSense and Advertising

NourVerse is preparing to use Google AdSense and potentially other advertising services to support the development and operation of its free games.

Advertising on NourVerse Games is not yet confirmed active as of this update. When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, IP addresses, web beacons, or similar identifiers to deliver advertisements, measure performance, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.

Google and its advertising partners may use information from visits to NourVerse websites and other websites in accordance with applicable law and user privacy choices.

3. Cookies, Local Storage and Consent

NourVerse Games – Mobile Games Privacy Policy

This section of the NourVerse Privacy Policy applies to mobile games developed and published by NourVerse Games, including NourVerse Block Puzzle and NourVerse Sudoku.

It also provides a general framework for future NourVerse Games titles. Any additional data practices or third-party services introduced in future games will be disclosed through updates to this policy.
 

1. Offline Gameplay and Local Data
 

Our mobile games are designed to provide enjoyable gameplay with privacy in mind.

Single-player gameplay can operate offline without requiring users to create an account.

Depending on the game, information such as puzzle progress, scores, achievements, virtual stars, daily rewards, unlocked cosmetic items, statistics, preferences, and settings may be stored locally on the player's device.

Local gameplay data generally remains on the device unless the player chooses to export it or uses an online feature.

2. Advertising and Google AdMob

Some NourVerse Games may display advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements.

When advertising services are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, device information, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data, subject to applicable privacy laws and their own policies.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use or will implement Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and appropriate consent management tools where required.

Users may be offered the ability to consent, decline consent, or manage advertising preferences. Privacy choices can be revisited through in-app privacy settings where the relevant advertising functionality is enabled.

Non-personalized advertising may still involve limited data processing where legally permitted.

3. Multiplayer Features

Certain NourVerse Games, including NourVerse Sudoku, are designed to support optional multiplayer experiences.

These may include:

• Local multiplayer between devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

• Online multiplayer between players in different locations.

• Cooperative gameplay and competitive matches.

• Private rooms and invitation codes.

Local multiplayer may exchange gameplay actions and connection information directly between participating devices.

When online multiplayer becomes available, a cloud service such as Cloudflare may process temporary room identifiers, player nicknames, session credentials, game actions, scores, and technical connection information necessary for gameplay, synchronization, security, and abuse prevention.

Multiplayer services for NourVerse Sudoku are under development and are not yet available as a fully deployed public service. Before activation, this policy will be updated where necessary to reflect the final data retention arrangements and service configuration.

4. Virtual Currency, Rewards, and Cosmetic Items

​

NourVerse Games may include virtual stars, coins, daily rewards, achievements, cosmetic themes, backgrounds, board colors, visual effects, and other customization items.

Virtual currency earned through gameplay is used within the relevant game and has no real-world monetary value.

Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money.

Progress, rewards, and cosmetic ownership earned through gameplay may be stored locally on the player's device.

5. In-App Purchases

Some NourVerse Games may offer optional in-app purchases, including premium themes, cosmetic items, and advertisement removal.

When enabled, real-money payments will be processed through the relevant official platform, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

NourVerse does not directly collect or store full payment card details from these store transactions.

To deliver, verify, restore, or manage purchases and refunds, relevant transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, and entitlement information may be processed through secure verification systems.

Real-money purchases in NourVerse Sudoku are not yet enabled as of the date of this update.

Depending on which features are enabled, NourVerse Games may use services provided by Google, Apple, Cloudflare, or other providers disclosed in this policy.
