Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NourVerse, we provide custom digital services such as websites, mobile apps, business systems, Claris FileMaker solutions, personal CV websites, logo design, UI/UX design, digital consulting, and technical support.
Because most of our services are customized and created based on each client’s specific needs, refund and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the project, its stage, and the work already completed.
Project cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project by contacting NourVerse in writing.
If the project has not yet started, a refund may be possible depending on the payment method, agreement, and any administrative or preparation costs already incurred.
If work has already started, any refund will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed, time spent, materials prepared, and costs already incurred.
Custom digital work
Payments for completed work, delivered files, approved designs, published websites, launched apps, custom systems, or personalized digital services are generally non-refundable.
This includes custom logo design, personal CV websites, business websites, mobile apps, and custom software or system development.
Revisions and adjustments
If a client is not satisfied with part of the delivered work, NourVerse will review the issue and may offer reasonable revisions or adjustments according to the agreed project scope.
Refunds will not normally apply when the requested work has been completed according to the agreed requirements.
EU consumer rights
For online service agreements, consumers in the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal in certain cases. However, this right may not apply to fully delivered services, custom-made or clearly personalized work, or digital content/services started with the client’s agreement. Refund eligibility

Completed, approved, delivered, published, or personalized digital work is generally non-refundable.
